Caitlyn was a great advisor and resource to help guide us on our journey to sell our condo in a challenging market. She made the whole process effortless and got us a great result that we feel very happy with. Professional, knowledgeable, connected and great to work with. Most highly recommended!

Extremely responsive, flexible and adaptable, patient, knowledgable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend Caitlyn.

This was our first time ever buying a home, and we had the absolute best experience with Caitlyn and cannot thank her enough! Our house hunting took well over a year to finally find the house for us, and Caitlyn stuck with us clear through the end. Caitlyn was so quick to respond to every single text, email, and call, even when she would be on vacation!! We had to look at well over 50+ homes over the course of the year, and she was there for nearly every single one and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the houses. It felt like we had our own home inspector out touring the houses with us. On the one rare occasion Caitlyn was not able to make it, we found ourselves saying, “Man, I wish Caitlyn was here with us; she would know everything and give us full details on what we were looking at.” She was very insightful and took the time to explain every single part of the process to us in detail so we had full transparency. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We will only use Caitlyn going forward for as long as she is in real estate! I will recommend to all my friends, family, or anyone else looking to do the same.
